1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ecliptic ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Discord Affiliation Disclaimer
Ecliptic is an independent project and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Discord Inc.
The official Discord website can be found at discord.com. The names "Discord" as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
3. User Conduct & Membership
- Access to Ecliptic features requires member in our official community server.
- You agree not to use the Service to collect data maliciously or harass other users.
- Automated scraping or abuse of our API endpoints is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate community guidelines.
4. Data & Privacy
We cache public Discord profile data (such as badge dates) solely to improve the performance of the Service and reduce API load. We do not store your Discord passwords or authentication tokens persistently beyond the active session requirements managed by NextAuth.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ecliptic, nor its developers, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
